稻草人舞團推出之《足IN‧發生體2009─特殊空間舞蹈創作展演》將舞蹈創作的足跡深入特殊的建築空間或環境裡，並結合多元的表演型式與媒材，打破一般制式化舞蹈創作及表演的舞台框架與型態，賦予建築空間或環境新的面貌，藉此發展出多元豐富的舞蹈創作與表演新契機。今年將在台南高雄畫廊及文藝咖啡館發表創作者們的嶄新創意。

《Step In‧Happening 2009─Site-Specific Creative Dance Showcase》, presented and produced by Scarecrow Contemporary Dance Company, will bring the dancing feet out of the proscenium stage and make them step into the unique architecture space and environment so that the choreographers and performers can break through from the classical choreographic formation and create new performance style by combining multi-media elements with dance movements. The main purpose of this production is to revive special space and environment such as art gallery, coffee shop, old building, and book store, etc. and to give the dance creation and performance a whole new meanings and challenge, as well. This year the company chose Inart Space which located in the 100-year-old building in the oldest city of Taiwan, Tainan City, as the first stage to present this vivid dance showcase.

1. This production is a walking through dance showcase, which means there will be no fixed seats for the audience to sit on. The audience will have to follow the performers to the next performance sites during the show. Therefore, there might have some vision block during the walk through.
2. This production is not suitable for children under 10 years old due to the safety concern. Children under 14 years old will need parents supervision.
